Crompton Estates is an independent, award-winning London estate agency. We partnered them at a turning point in their business. Their aim is to provide a friendly, reliable property management service, but their branding was out-of-date. They asked Henderton to help them to create a brand which reflects this mission.
The logo symbol now consists of a powerful element evoking the solidity of property and brickwork. This was paired with a vibrant, modern colour scheme.
Henderton went on to develop a full brand identity to ensure every customer touch-point reflected the refreshed brand. The rebrand included all necessary brand assets and guidelines, typeface and design elements.
We created a 60 page content-rich web site concept built on a basic component style guide of buttons, typography, colours, and layout, which functions equally well on a mobile screen.
Over the course of the next twelve months the refreshed web site delivered significant results:
